I live in Houston and the temperature is around 90 – 100 degree F. What would be the best workout for burning belly fat? and When would be the best time to exercise?

run outside between the hours of noon-3. you will sweat it all out. i lose all of my weight during the summer. but drink water.
It comes down to diet (nutrition)…
You need to cut your body fat below 10%,
ideally you want to be near 5-8%. So eat well…
Then do abdominal exercises…
