I want to know those two things in that order, I’m not fat but I want a six pack and I know you get those by losing a lot of stomach fat then working out your abs and no bull, like “you should be happy with what you got,” or ” think about people who are handicapped”
Well I’m also 12 and I’ve never really tried to get a six pack before I think having one would be cool

1) Cardio workout
2) Eat Healthy
3) Some ab exercises
Run on the tread about 3-5 times a week for 20-30 minutes and you should see an overall body fat loss in no time. Unfortunately, you can’t just lose fat in one area of your body. That is known as spot reduction and it’s all bs. Eat healthy. Even though you say you’re not fat, you still have fat which covers those ab’s, so if you want to get them toned, just eat healthier and do cardio..plain and simple. If you want to increase your ab strength, then I’d suggest doing some crunches, planks, and other assorted ab workouts.
LIe on your kitchen floor.
Knees up.
Feet on the floor.
Put your feet up under the bottom of your kitchen counter.
Arms across your upper chest.
Raise your upper back 1/4 up off the floor.
FEEL your abs tighten up.
Hold for 20 seconds.
Do every other day.
Do not go higher than 1/4 up. If you do, your sides and back are holding you up.
Do not put your hands behind your head. If you do, you are pulling yourself up.
I think that you should jog on your spare time. Do sit ups or crunches maybe twice a week for 5,10,15, minutes or more if you want.
