Okay so I recently statred doing crunches in hope of burning stomach fat but someone told me that U can’t target where u want to lose weight, So if I like jog for 30 minutes to 1 hour a day will I lose fat all over including stomach fat?

Short answer: yes and that person who told you that you cannot target areas for fat is correct. You can target areas for muscle growth but not fat loss.
Your body will remove fat from where it feels like it, we have no control over it. All you can do is keep at cardio (running, jogging, climbing stairs, etc) and it will eventually come off.
