Make sure to log some good time on it for best results.  Go for 30-60 minutes at least and you can mix up what you do on different days.  
Some days go for an extended time but at a medium pace.  Some days you can go hard for a shorter time.  And some days you can do splits of hard bouts with a slower rest pace in between.  Try logging your results and times and try to better them.  Have fun with it and keep it interesting and challenging and you can stick to it.  Good luck!</description>

A stationary bike is great cardio exercise. If you really want to target your belly also do around 50 push-aways every day. Although you can&#039;t spot reduce through targeted exercises you can tighten the muscles and make them appear flatter. 
50 push-aways should only take about 4 minutes and will help a great deal. Do them instead of crunches and you&#039;ll see quicker results..
If you want to add a bit more to your cardio workout get small hand weights (5 pounds) and use these while you bike- it will up your calories burning about 35%.</description>
