I want to lose some fat around my stomach, and so I want the best possible way. I’ve been doing some crunches lately, but I’ve heard that crunches are to gain muscle around the abs, and you should do sit-ups to lose the fat.
Can you help me a little here?

Sit ups and crunches actually burn very little fat. The best option for fat burning is intense cardio type exercises and a healthy diet. The article below may be useful…good luck!
NONE
Those exercises only strengthen your muscles, they don;t actually do much for fat loss
You needs cardio exercises with high intensity to burn fat *equally in your whole body)
Read a book about it- all it takes is few hours,
Or watch a movie eat fattening snacks and whine about it for days
You have to eat clean and do cardio for your abs to show. The exercises you are doing just help to build the muscle. Look at this link, lots of good info and a workout there and its free.http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/abs.html
