I’m 15, 5′3″ and 122 pounds. I need to be a bit lighter and thinner than I am. I got bad ankles and knees so I can’t run.
Does anyone know some exercises where I can burn belly fat without running? I swam two miles every other day at school and dropped ten pounds. unfortunately, I gained two back now that school is out. How can I get rid of this pesky fat?
