How can I loose tummy fat before I go shopping on August 4th. I don’t drink soda anymore and I only eat one meal a day and I am starting to exercise what are some other ways to make me loose weight in my tummy? thanks.
Also if I don’t eat will that make me loose more weight or well my body just gain more weight when I eat?

eating one meal a day is no good – you’ll slow down your metabolism….
have 3 meals a day evenly spread, and snack on fruit, nuts, seeds etc……
drink lots of water and exersise.
do sit ups daily thats what i do.i have 4 kids so its hard to loose.just be confident.youll loose it.
sometimes, this is the hardest to do, because people think that all they have to do is diet & exercise, and the fat everywhere will disappear, but this isn’t always true. i have seen skinny people w/ a bit of a gut, and frankly, it’s cause they don’t cleanse … they don’t expell all of the waste in their bodies, so it’s sits there in their colon & intenstines. my suggestion to you is that if diet & exercise (cardio helps lean you out) doesn’t do it, do have a colonic done or do a colon cleanse.

One meal a day?! You can’t starve yourself! You have to eat at least 3 a day…they’re very important to your health. To lose some weight in your stomach, do some core exercises (crunches, sit ups)…they really help…yoga can help tone your stomach too…
strict dieting will cause the fat on tummy called cellulite to start moving from itsplace
Sit up,Crunches,Cardio Exercises,and Drink At Least 80 oz. of water everyday
