Im 12, 5′3 112 pounds. I havent really been exercising because my parents don’t allow me outside. ;__;
I did sports for about 7 years and i got a lot of muscles from it. I have been gaining weight and i want to be slim because i dont want to be called fat. .__.;
How can i lose stomach fat and thigh fat?

If you were in a sport then maybe you did excercises. Do you remember what excercises they were? And I know an awesome method for losing a double chin
