    I understand you on that front. I have struggled with this for years myself so I feel your pain man.
    Running is good but it can be hard on your knees, so watch that. Cardio is good for losing weight, which is what you want to do mostly.
    A great program I found is listed in the sources below. I highly recommend staying away from pills as they will only waste your money and, honestly, how well do they work?
