I have thick hips and people say I have a big butt. I do track and ride my bike a lot, but that only sculpts my calves. How can I lose that baby fat quickly?

Baby fat is only on babies.
The only way to get rid of those pesky bulges is to exercise, eat a proper diet and drink plenty of water every day.
There is no quick safe way to lose fat. Start by eating breakfast every day. That is the worse meal to skip. There are plenty of exercises you can search on Google for those problem areas.
i had the same prob after my 2 babies. im barely now starting to slim those areas down.find a good lung and squat exercise that you like. also yoga is a great way to tone those hard to get areas. combining those 2 w/ a core exercises 3-6 days a week..depending on how much time you have.you will see a great result. It’s genetic. You can’t really lose it, but targeted exercises can make it look more defined, but you have to keep doing them.
Not to worry, this can all be done naturally. Nutrition is the most important part here. Even more so than exercise. Try to make a habit of eating more lean meats like turkey, chicken or fish, since they are low in fat and high in protein.

Don’t get me wrong, exercise is important, but you need to focus a lot on your diet as well.
