i am a young teenager and i want to lose my baby fat on my lower stomach and upper thighs. I play lots of sports and work out a lot so my stomach is really hard but my baby fat is still there its been bugging me a lot lately and I do not know what to do.
Oh and I just got my period for the first time like last month so maybe that is it? i do not know! please help and thanks!

Just wait it out. It’ll go away. But if you’re that worried do sit ups and lower ab exercises. Also, watch what you eat.
Try doing more crunches.
