How did you lose your belly fat after you had your baby?

After I had my son I was not able to lose the belly fat, and now I am trying to diet and exercise to lose it.
Are there any meal plans or exercises that you did to help to lose belly fat?
I don’t need to lose weight anywhere else but my belly.

Any advice is appreciated!!

  • I haven’t done it yet, but I do have plans to lose it after I have my baby in April!

    My plans include eating 6 small, balanced meals every day and exercising like I did before I got pregnant (which includes cardio 3-5 times a week and weight training 3 times a week.)

    I’m going to do my best – and it helps that my sister is getting married about 6 months exactly after my little cantaloupe is supposed to be born. I’m the maid of honour so I wanna look good and feel good =)

  • Seriously, all I did was nurse. I gained 28 pounds when I was pregnant, and had lost 40 by the time he was 6 months old. I did try to eat healthy, but I still felt like I was eating all the time!
