How do I loose half a kilo of belly fat in 1-2 weeks?

I have been loosing belly fat for soon a year, and now in a week I’m going to Spain. However there is approximately one half kilo of belly fat left around my stomach. Is there any opportunities I can manage to loose that in 1-2 weeks time? I’m ready to do what ever opportunity there is.

  • In order to reduce your body fat you need to first reduce your calorie intake. Your goal will be to consume less calories, in the form of food and drink, than your body actually requires, thus, creating a calorie deficit. One pound of fat is the equivalent of 3,500 calories. If you split this down over the week that’s 500 calories per day you need to be eating less of. Achieve this and you will loose one pound of fat per week.

    To loose more than one pound of fat per week, you can loose even more body fat by engaging in exercise. Examples include cardio such as running, biking, swimming, rowing, etc. You can also engage in resistance training which will help make the muscles stronger and firmer, and will also burn additional calories. Remember, the more lean muscle tissue you have on your body, the more calories you will burn on a daily basis, even at rest.

    Through a combination of diet and exercise you could expect to loose around 1-2 pounds per week, so in the next two weeks you can lose up to 4 pounds. Half a kg is just over one pound, so this should be an achievable goal for you.

  • you cant lose just belly fat. it comes off from everywhere. and take some hints from Biggest Loser to get some weight loss

  • this is an easy one i think, just sleep enough and eat a bit less than normal and the sleeping will make you loose the 1/2 kilo.

    this works for everyone, from sleeping you sweat and sweating makes you loose weight!
