You might not be overweight, but your body probably stores more fat in your stomach area. Unfortunately, the only way to get rid of fat in that area is to lose weight. There is no way to target one spot of your body and just get the fat off without weight loss. You can try toning your stomach all you want, but the fat will not go away unless you burn it off properly, and you will not see your abs until you do.
The best way to trim your waistline, lose belly fat, and even get a six-
pack is probably not what you’ve been told in the past.
What you’re used to hearing is probably along the lines of:
-Eat “health foods”
-”Typical” Ab exercises like crunches, sit-ups, and ab machines
-You must do repetitive cardio exercise routines
-Use “fat burner” pills
-Use a device such as ab-rockers or ab-loungers
None of these are really very effective, but surprisingly enough,
exercises incorporating things such as squats, kettlebells, and dumbells
along with the CORRECT diet will lead you in the right direction.
Below is a link to a website with some AWESOME information and tips for
losing belly fat and getting in shape using these principles…

Hi Jay
It looks like you got the case of the stubborn fat. I can bench press 200 LBS and am pretty lean and yet have some belly fat that does not match my body.
I have done millions of crunches only to get a stronger core but was still left with all the fat on top of it.
The only way to lose stubborn fat is to follow a diet. I tried the shifting calories theory…I was a little skeptical at first but I tried it and stuck with the program for one month. I lost 15 pounds of fat in a month, and the best part was that I lost it around my waist. The abs that I had before are showing now and I am glad I tried it out.
Dieting is usually for girls but I was glad I tried it man. You should give it a shot, just be sincere with the diet for at least a month. It is called the shifting calories theory. Click on the link below.
