How do I lose baby fat on my stomach?

I have a little bit of “baby fat” on my stomach i am 14 and I’m 144 pounds. I’m not fat and I don’t want to lose weight i just want to have a toned stomach. i do sit up almost every-night but my friend says that’s not going to do anything. Any suggestions?
