How do you Lose Stomach Fat Fast Today?

I would like your advice on how to Lose Stomach Fat Fast!

I’m a thirteen year old girl who weighs 125 and I am really trying to lose weight. One of the reasons is because I don’t want to be fat. The only fat part on me is my large STOMACH!

And also because some people are making fun of me because of my weight size. I barely have an real friends so please help me out and i really need to lose 35 pounds plus get rid of my STUPID STOMACH.

Oh yeah I’m in a size 11 in Young woman’s like Juniors. Which really Sucks my own aunt is 89 pounds and she’s 22 years old PLEASE help me also i need to get rid of face fat i don’t know how.

BUT PLEASE HELP, I really want friends.

  • You can not loose weight in one specific area. When you loose weight what you are actually doing is shrinking your fat cells to as smaller sizes. So when you shrink your fat cells they shrink equally all over your body. Your young so I would stick to fun outdoor activities like walking , playing sports and biking.

  • Abdominal obesity is what you’re complaining about.

    The good news is that abdominal fat is the easiest to lose. Aerobic exercise will help you burn the most fat.

    I doubt you need to lose 35 pounds. You’d probably be pleased with your size if you lost 20 pounds. You’ll be growing taller soon, as well.

    Weight watchers is the most successful program. Part of the success of it is writing down your food intake, recording calories (and learning what foods are the healthiest with the fewest calories).

    There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat. Cut out 500 calories a day in food, and exercise for 45-60 minutes and you’ll lose 2-3 pounds per week.

    This will add up to 20-30 pounds in 10 months, of course.

    Stop complaining, your weight has nothing to do with your friends. Im 135 lbs.and im 13 and my friend is 75 pounds and we’re great friends and have been since 4th grade even though ive always been a little bigger than my friends.
    Dont let your weight stop you from having fun and stop being so self-consious.
    Just start by limiting your purportions and start doing crunches or do a sport that is active.
    Your friends should choose you by who you are anyway, not by you weight or height.
    If you really want friends join a group of people at lunch and start chatting and sharing interests to at least get a few people interested in you.
    And you aunt is underweight. Is she anorexic?? 89 lbs at 22, omg you MUST be kidding! that is so underweight and extremely unhealthy.

    So dont go anorexic or belemic like i did it will ruin your life. Just limit purportions and eat healthy snack and do a few crunches for a few weeks to get rid of your tummy. You might still have baby fat also which is why you have some extra baggage on the tummy which is perfectly healthy.

  • exercise is still the best to lose weight. the more sweat you lose, the more fat you get rid off. to concentrate more on your stomach, try sit ups for at least 15mins/day. but again, combine it with whole body exercise. Jogging at least 15mins/day will also help a lot. Eat fibrous fruits and veggies. It helps swipe off fat in your body. avoid too much calories in your diet. choose less fat meat and poultry. Avoid junk food. Do slim down so you’ll get a healthy heart too!

  • How often do you have a bowel movement? If it is not at least 3 times a day you need to get your self cleaned out.Try prune juice you can add orange juice to it if you can’t stand the taste and you can do sit ups and hold your stomach in while you are at the computer, walking down the street whenever you think about it hold your stomach in.It works I am in my 30’s have 3 kids and my stomach is flat. Pilate’s helps and try not to have a lot of dairy it can have you bloated. As for your face exercise it. Goggle facial exercises, I believe someone wrote a book on it, go to Amazon .com and search for facial exercises. If that doesn’t work were a bit of blush to contour your face and some mascara to draw people to look at your eyes.

  • your 13 years old and worring about a little weight. everyone wants to lose weight fast but guess what you can but it will come back and then some weight. and you said you dont have really any friends i have never heard of people not being friends with someone because of there weight. i had meat on me in school and i had tons of friends from different groups. and you want to do it because people are making fun of you. well people make fun of others to make there self feel better about there self. they have problems with some part of there body some where. since your still young excerise and watch what you eat. and for your aunt she sounds like she has a disorder. you can’t look like someone else. be yourself im bigger then my aunt. some people are big boned others aint. so good luck!
