Do some crunches too, it might look like you bloat up a bit after the first few days of doing crunches, but after your stomach will be more flat then before. 
Try not to eat lots of salty and carbonated foods, that causes bloating. Drink lots of water -- it flushes toxins out.
This sounds like a lot, but it isn&#039;t much.</description>
