How long willl it take to loose tummy fat?

Ok I’m 15…
I’m slim but have some tummy fat.. which makes it look ugly when i wear tight shirts or dresses…

What exercises do you recommend? [keep in mind I'm a "beginner"]
I know running would be probably the best but for starting off how much should I run or how long?

How long will it take me to start seeing results without going on 100% diet ?
I’ll totally be avoiding fries, coke and pizza… It’ll be hard to completely let go of choco but i don’t eat it so much anyways…just once in a while

So please people…give as much detailed answers as you can!

  • actually the best easiest and most fun way Ive found (for the first time ever ive been able to stick to it) is dance I do hiphop for 60 minutes a day in my room. The first few months I looked like an idiot, but now my balance has greatly improved and I’m loosing the belly fat

  • I can understand why you may not want to cut out all fast food, but if you can possibly leave a few french fries on your plate or not quite finish your soda -just a few days doing this and it will make a big difference. Just try to make good food choices when ever you can.

    As for exercise-you can really spot reduce an area. In order to get rid of the fat you have to start burning more calories then you taking in. Then your body will decide where it will burn the fat off of.

    Do you like sports or dancing? If so try to do them more often. Just getting off your butt every day and moving as much as possible will start to get you on your way. Dancing is great. Even just moving to music with not specific steps can help you burn calories. You want to work up a good sweat and get a bit out of breath.

    If you think that you would like running-start off with walking first. This way you can build up to running. Start by walking 15 minutes fairly quickly, then each few days make the walk longer and up your speed. Eventually this will turn into running but not right away.

    If you have stairs where you live, you can also run up and down them. Again remembering to start off slowly and build up. If you start too quickly you’ll get such sore muscles that you’ll quit, and you’ll be so out of breath that you won’t be able to do many.

    What ever you decide on go slowly at first. You’ll definitely have less soreness.

  • Okay…I only started five Mondays ago and All I do is walk one hour every morning. I wear a calorie counter monitor to loose weight by the numbers. I have already lost two pant size and 27 pounds. I am a woman and have three kids and this is the method I use when I gain weight.. I am now at a size two and everyone is always amazed that I have had three kids. This is what I do below when I throw on a few extra pounds. It always works..No diet pills, no energy drinks..just me walking and getting the water I need. Of course I watch what I eat and the Lean Cuisine meals are great for that since the calories per box are 180 to 380 per box. Just make sure you eat healthy every three to four hours so your body will perform at its max.

Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.
