I just want to loose a little bit of stomach fat.
I do about 100 sit ups everyday.
Do you think this is good?
If it is, if i carry on when will i actually be able to lose my tummy fat.
Or is there any other simple but affective ways to be able to lose it?

100 sit ups will be very effective after quite a short period of time!
using a hula hoop is reeeeeeally good too! and it really tones your stomach as well .
try walking or biking places instead of going by car, dancing around to music is a great exercise too, it’s fun and you don’t have to be good- just go crazy
remember to eat well too, but keep it balanced!
never starve yourself, because as well as getting rid of fat, you’ll lose muscle too and you won’t be healthy.
