I have a flat stomach I even have abs on the top and every thing, but I have trouble getting rid of the fat on the lower part of you stomach. It looks like gut or baby fat I don’t really know. I’m 15, 5′0 ft, and weight 114 lbs. Any work outs you can suggest I do to get rid of it? Please and Thank you!
