My stomach has never been completely flat, but it was small but after having my son i can not shake the belly fat. My stomach is big and kinda hangs over. I have done sit ups and crunches but no results. I have lost 20 lbs but the stomach is still there.What other alternatives do i have to lose the flabby stomach that hangs over my pants. My last option is to get a tummy tuck.
