Hi im 5′4 and weigh about 120 pounds. My fat is mostly on my stomach and love handles. I was wondering if its possible to lose all my stomach fat in a month or less and if so how?
I dont have access to a gym either.

I think you are well within your ideal body weight, so you could just start doing some sit ups and other exercises that might tone up your stomach. If you are determined to lose weight, try the cabbage soup diet for 7 days. The link is below.
I’m actually offended by this question. I’m also 5′4 but I’m 150. So I know you’re either lying or seriously confused about your weight. Either way, I’m glad there aren’t any good answers because this question doesn’t merit any answer at all.
