What exercises should i do to lose stomach fat and other body fats without gaining muscles? I want to gain muscles but after I lose most of my body fat. I am not fat at all, but I just have this little lump at the lower of my belly. I cant get rid of, I tried pull ups for months and I gained abs without this fat disappearing so what can I do to remove it. I don’t want to alter my nutrition I just want to keep it in the exercises.

i dont see how pull ups would give you a six pack when it works out your arms and chest…. but to lose weight you dont do workouts… just exercises. running, jogging, walking, swimming, hiking, biking.
to lose weight, you need to increase your heart rate for a certain amount of time. jogging 3 times a week would do the trick
Well anywork out will make you gain a little muscle..but CARDIO is a must for fat loss…(also if you eating horribly thats only making it harder)
and yeah true people need to realize you can do as many crunches as you want you will get abs..but if their covered by fat whats the point? also a protein shake will help make it lean muscle after a workout
