I’m a teen who wants to burn belly fat

I have asthma. how can i burn that fat?
I’m 13 years old and about 96 pounds, 5″1 and i want to burn of some belly fat (i can even grab it)
I wanna exercise, i can but i cant run a lot because it triggers my asthma and i cant breath. how can I loose the fat?

  • YOUR TINY ! You really shouldnt lose any weight.

    But you can do sit ups, curls ups, crunches, and go walking.. EVEN THOUGH YOU SHOULDNT ! Believe me, before i got pregnant I was 98 pounds and thought i was fat, now i realize I was TOO tiny.

  • running actually helps you get OVER asthma! if you start out slow and build up speed gradually over a few weeks (like 4-5), and push THROUGH the asthma and dont let it hold u back, and keep running even if you cough and wheeze.. IT WILL GO AWAY! MINE DID! and now im a great wrestler and i run track and i KILL cuz i own my body, asthma doesnt own me!

    YOU can be the same, kid- you just gotta have a “im gonna kick a*ss and idc what i have, thats no excuse” mentality! Nobody wins by looking to get 2nd place. nobody wins by making excuses. nobody wins by being complacent. ACT HARD, ACT DECISIVE, AND ACT NOW!

  • no matter wat, ur gonna b able 2 grab belly fat, u NEED some there, not alot, but just a small amount, u r tiny, and dont need 2 lose weight.

  • aight im 15 and i have horrible asthma. just bring your inhaler when you run. simple as that. oh and situps, pushups, bleacher miles (where you run up and down all the bleachers 4 times on both sides of the track, and then run the track 4 times) and ak’s( where you run back and forth from one line to another line non stop for a 1:30, then 1:45, then 2:00
