I just had my first baby two months ago and have been exercising my butt off and cant seem to lose the weight or fat.
I have tried that 8 min abs and all those on you tube and it dont hurt to do any exercises(muscle wise) i just cant drop the pounds or inches.

I would recommend doing High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT. You start with a 5 minute warm up. Then you do 1 minute of high intensity cardio followed by 1 minute of low intensity cardio (to recover). You should do this for a duration of 12-20 minutes not including the warm up, then end it with a 5 minute cool down. I would suggest doing this in the morning before breakfast so that you will burn body fat and not calories from a meal.
