How can I lose belly fat Fast!
I’m turning 13 year old girl and I weight about 110 to 115 pounds..and its all belly fat! I need to get a flat belly for the summer. I have tried everything!…diet pills don’t work..crunches don’t work. I need something that will work really fast.

The best way to lose weight is through aerobic exercise.
Go jogging do a dance work out.
continue with crunches.

It isn’t going to have an overnight effect, so be patient.

Also, try to cut out high complex carbohydrates, like bread and pasta.
Stretch as well, this also works.

Drink lots of water

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at the weight loss place dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

I am 19, 220lb i lift weight every other day. I am going to have to kick up the running to cut weight. I have a good muscle structure even some abs under my beer belly. Will drinking more light beer help?
Also I need some other food besides fruit and veggies i eat them but they don’t fill me up.
Should I be eating more smaller meals of just eating like twice a day?
What is a good amount of cardio?
Will more crunches really help tone the belly and burn the fat off?
I need a way to burn fat fast!! I have the mental kick ass attitude I just need to know how to do it healthy.

STOP DRINKING BEER! Secondly, when you are hungry between meals, eat stuff like baby carrots (no dressing) or green beans. Vegetables are your friend! Thirdly, eat healthy foods and try to stay away from fat. Lean meats like chicken and fish would be great. If you are lifting heavy you will become hungry, that’s normal. They key is to make sure you are putting good stuff into your body, NOT BEER.

Lift weights every other day and on the off days, run, jog or hike up hill if possible. Whatever you do, MOVE! You have got to burn more calories than you take in. That fat around your belly is there because it’s the normal storage area for fat in most men and sadly, it may be the last place you will notice results. Believe me though, if you stick with it and be true to your program RESULTS WILL COME! Don’t give up! You’ll be glad in the end.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! What’s the best way to lose love handles?

I have huge love handles (muffin top) and I cannot lose them for the life of me. What can I do?

Jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have to work double on them.
The best approach is this:

1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).

2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.

3. Target your problem areas with exercises.

Side Lunge Slide

Stand with feet hip-width apart, left foot resting on a paper plate. Bend the right leg while sliding the left foot to the side, torso upright and abs in. Slowly slide left foot back to starting position, repeating 8-12 times. Switch legs and repeat for 2-3 sets.

Lunge Slide

Stand with feet hip-width apart, left foot resting on a paper plate. Bend the right leg while sliding the left foot back into a lunge position, keeping the right knee behind the toe, torso upright and abs in. Slowly slide left foot back to starting position and repeat 8-12 times. Switch legs and repeat on each leg for 2-3 sets.

Front One-Legged Squat

Stand on a step or small platform. Lift left leg out in front of step and bend the right leg, bringing the toe of the left foot to the floor. Touch the floor lightly and keep the knee of the bent leg in line with toes. Straighten the right leg and repeat 8-12 times. Switch legs and repeat for 2-3 sets.

Chair Squat

Stand in front of a chair with feet hip-width apart, abs in and torso straight. Slowly bend your knees and lower and until you’re almost touching your butt to the chair. Hold for 2-3 seconds, knees behind the toes, and straighten. Repeat for 12-16 reps, 2-3 sets.

Heel Drops with Leg Extension

Stand on step or platform with left leg on the step, right leg hanging off the side. Bend the left leg and lower the right foot towards the floor (a few inches). Straighten the left leg and bring the right leg out to the side, foot flexed, in a leg extension. Repeat 8-12 times, switch legs for 2-3 sets.

Hip Extension

On a flat or inclined step or platform, lie face-down with hips on the edge of the step, legs straight out behind you with toes resting lightly on the floor. Squeeze the glutes and hamstrings and straighten the legs until they are level with the hips. Hold for 2-3 seconds, and lower letting toes lightly touch the floor. Repeat for 2-3 sets of 8-12 repetitions.

I am going to see some friends that i haven’t seen in 2 years in a couple of months. I NEED to lose stomach fat. Have started Running and push ups and crunches.
( I am 13; 5′4 and between 130-145 pounds)

Everyone has a problem spot. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there’s only one solution for all of these problems is because it’s impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from.

When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this extra fat.

The larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs. How can I lose belly fat fast!
My stomach has gotten so big I can’t wear most of my pants, I throw on a big dress how do I get rid of fat flab from my upper arms.

To help flatten your tummy, lay on your back on the floor. Put your legs out and do them back and forth, like pedaling a bicycle.
To lose weight, Quit drinking soda pop, even diet soda. Start drinking water.
When you eat your meals, take smaller portions on your plate, take small bites, and chew your food slow. While chewing your food, put your fork down on the table, that way you do not stuff your mouth.
For breakfast, eat a bowl of Cheerios, Special K, or Oatmeal Crisp cereal, with Skim Milk.
For Lunch, eat a turkey sandwich on wheat bread, with Fat free mayo or Mustard.
For dinner, eat some type of Lean Meat, a vegetable, and a salad.
Between meals, and in the evening, if you get hungry, eat some dry cereal.

Do crutches or sit ups or push ups (push ups also works for arms) and eat healthy drink 3 glasses water a day.

Here are arm exercises-

1) Diamond pushups – Use your fingers to create a diamond shape while doing sets of pushups. Four to five times a week of doing this would give you noticeable results.

2) Tricep dips – Use a material with a solid surface, like a table. Facing away from the table, place the heels of your hands on the edge and slowly walk your legs away from your body. With your weight on your hands, lower your body slowly. Do this 15 times in three sets.

3) Backward lifts – Stand with your legs apart. Holding dumbbells in each hand, lift your arms backward slowly and as far as you can go. The hands should be facing backwards in this routine.

4) Tricep extensions – Hold a dumbbell in both hands and raise the arms over the head until your elbows are forming a 90-degree angle. Do this for at least 30 times.

If your just wanting to get rid of fat you have to cut your calories and do cardio. In the end you need to burn more calories than you put into your body.

It helps to build a little muscle, because muscle burns fat. But also be aware that muscles take up space, so if you work them too much and don’t create lean muscle you will still look large with muscle.

Pilates and Callenetics (will look like it is from the 80’s but is amazing) have great exercises to tone you up fast and create a slim looking body.
