I want to burn belly fat, I do my crunches and sit ups but that doesn’t seem the most fastest way.
I am also concerned about eating many are saying to eat less…but i am 15 years old I if I don’t eat as much as i do normally wont I grow. I am 5″7″ and i want to be at least 5 “10″ and i don’t want my workouts affecting my growth

OK so if you have comcast a very good thing to do is their ab tapes!
I used to have belly fat too and i lost it within 3 weeks. i barely changed my diet.

Just eat less, but mostly just cut out the junk food.
Don’t forget: DON’T SKIP ANY MEALS! if you skip meals then your body will store fat and not burn it.

Also swimming is a great way to go.

if you don’t have comcast the ab tapes are from exercise TV I’m not too sure where you could get a hold of those but I’m sure if you type in exercise TV onto Google there will be many results.

A tip for eating: half of your plate should be fruits and vegetables, 1/4 protein, and 1/4 carbs. not too much sodium!

Twisted Sit ups- Lay down with your hands behind your head and your feet up about 10 cm off the ground. Say Up and turn your right elbow to touch your left knee. then quickly do the same with your opposite knee and elbow. That=one. About 14 of these everyday will get you abs FAST!

Plank- You probably know what a plank is, hold it for 1:00 to start, if you can do more, great! If not, maybe do :30. Planks work SUPER well!

Russian Twists: Sit in a v shape on your bottom but with your legs bent. Your whole body should be up except for your butt. twist your side to the right, then the left, then right. That = 1 twist. I do 50 twists everyday, but maybe you should do 30 if you don’t want a hardcore workout.

I am 19 years old, a guy, and weigh 140 lbs. I have a lot of belly fat but when I put on a shirt, I look lean because of my arms. I do cardio 6 days a week for 1 hr. Why am I not losing any belly fat?

I don’t really care about a six pack, I would just like to have a flat stomach. I don’t have a huge stomach just a little pudge.

I suggest you try running at least a half a mile to keep the rest of your body fit along with your stomach. Try doing about 10 sit ups a day and work your way up every week. So tomorrow try 10 until next until next friday and then do 20. Also try the ankle push. Lay down on the floor and have your friend stand behind you, you hold their ankles and put your feet in the air. Have your friend push your feet down try not to let your feet touch the ground keep them an inch off. This should help work your abs and make them strong. Also change your diet. Don’t eat all carby and fatty things. DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

I am 16, I weigh about 142. I am about 5′ 8″. I don’t like having this excess fat and I would like to lose stomach fat and turn it into muscle. I run 2 miles almost everyday. I drink a lot of water, and that’s all I drink. Does anyone have anything to add to what I do to lose fat faster and gain abs?
I’m not really trying to lose weight. Just lose the fat that I have. I want to turn it into muscle.

I am 15, and weigh between 135-140, what’s the best way to lose belly fat? Everyday I weigh myself, and I weigh differently, between that range. Is this a normal range for my height, 5′5? I always think it’s normal, but I have some belly fat I want to lose. I don’t have a car so I can’t drive to the gym everyday…but I go when I can. I do crunches at home, but they never seem to work…or the weight I lose gains back fast. I also am a vegetarian. What are good ways to lose belly fat weight?

Well you may not be getting enough nutrition in your diet try a multivitamin if you don’t already take one and just dot the usual sit ups and crunches it could also just be baby fat still.

I would say you may want to do something other than crunches especially if you do them every day because your abs need a day to recover after doing an ab exercise. I would suggest jogging a couple miles every 2 days along with every other day ab workouts and even yoga can help.

40 minute daily jog or brisk walk (at least 4 days in a week), smaller dinner at night, good hearty breakfast & lunch, lots of salad and small cup of water every 1 hour.

cut out any beverage that isn’t low fat milk, tea (w/o sugar or honey) or water. Only drink other beverages as a treat, which is what they were made to be in the first place. Those high calorie beverages aren’t meant for daily consumption. This goes also for food. If it comes in a box or drive thou don’t eat it. Food wasn’t meant to last 4years on a shelf and it shouldn’t be made to do so.

With a balanced, portion controlled healthy diet and more activity the weight will literally fall off.
