do sit ups and crunches or look up ab workouts on youtube.
Besides doing those, you NEED to do cardio. Maybe 4-5 days of like 30-45 mins of cardio (running/biking/elliptical)
Also you need to be eating a lot of fiber (fruis and veggies and beans) Sugar and carbs go straighjt to your belly area so cut those out or strictly limit them. Good luck!♥
Hi! I am with you..I too, am trying to burn belly fat. Cardio and healthy eating is what I am trying to do. Just eat right and exercise regularly. Taking turns with aerobic (cardio) and weight training is suppose to do the trick..I am working on it..I will let you know when I am there.
