  • Hi,

No way to get rid of belly fat quickly. Belly fat is the last thing to go, so if you’re really serious about it then you will need to evaluate where you are to decide what to do.

If you have no overtly visible fat on your body besides the belly fat, then you’re doing fairly well. If you maintain your exercise routine and perhaps step up your cardio slitghtly, your belly fat will slowly melt away over the course of 6-12 months. This doesn’t mean you reduce your weight training though, maintain it at it’s current level.

If you do have some fat in other places then, that will probably start to disappear first, just maintain your current exercise level of step it up if you can, it won’t be a quick process but it will happen, you just need to be patient and work hard, there are no shortcuts.

Be careful though, getting rid of a lot of fat can be very bad. If you get a really bad fever or a bad case of gastro without some extra fat for your body to use as fuel, you’ll end up with half your muscle mass gone within a few days (i am exaggerating of course, but you get the picture) I’ve seen it happen and had it happen to me.

    Good luck
