Hey ppl, I really want to lost my tummy fat and gain a flat stomach. That way, I can go on from there and have abs. Do not tell me to get diet pills. I am only 16 and I know better than that! But, I live with people that eat sweets everyday and it’s hard to avoid. So, any advice?

Do situps or crunches they help me .. i do about 200 a night i started a few weeks ago . but at first start off with 50-100 good luck
Really what you need to is cut back on the fatty foods and cut your caloric in take, make a grater potion of your diet fruit and veggies. Also you could have a colonic done to clean all the bile in your lower intestine. It will lower the bulge in on your tummy but it won’t reduce the fat on it.
And as your post says “I live with people that eat sweets everyday”. Fight your sweat tooth, cause eating sweats is worse than fatty foods cause after eating all that sweat stuff, what your body does is turn all the extra glucose that it stores in to fat for latter consumption.
I know what it’s like living with people that have sweets around all the time and trying to avoid it. Keep track of what you eat, count the calories, and set a limit for yourself (but keep it reasonable, don’t go too low or it’ll be unhealthy). And it’s good to exercise as well. It improves your metabolism so you’ll use the energy in the food you eat better and burn more fat.

Do core training. Sit-ups is not the answer, if you don’t have a strong core you can do all the sit-ups you want and wont get a flat stomach.
Walking is the best way to loose belly fat. If you walk everyday, your belly fat will start melting away.
try not to eat so much junk food.
maybe get a gym membership?
or you could just try doing a lot of sit ups, and running would help too.
