I go for 30 to 40 minutes of alternating between jogging and walking. I can do up to 300 sit ups afterwards. If I did this three days a week, would I lose tummy fat? Or what should I do if this isn’ t right?

just be patient, wait a few months, and try it, i lost ten pounds in three months and havent gained it back yet, that was over a year ago

Yes………very easy…….and you need to add water to the program and cut the sugar as much as possible……..you can cut the sit ups to 100 and that’s enough……just jog and drink the water……..leave the cakes and cookies alone.:) Have fun
