I have 3 months time. By the end of April I need a flat stomach. I’ve got a pot belly and fat on my hips. Will walking solve my problem? What are crunches and how do you do them?

walking might help a little but not too much. crunches are like sit ups but you dont come all the way up, you just come up far enough that you can feel your stomach muscles tightening.
Really ‘pends on where you walk briskly to, if it’s Mc D’s then probably not!
Crunches are like fast sit ups but you only go from sat up to your knees rather then floor to knees.
I would suggest sit-ups for a faster way, walking will help but probably wont get rid of stomach fat very fast on its own

As far as the walking, it will definately help, but don’t be afraid to pick up a jog and staying away from fatty foods!

you loose about 9 pounds just by having one day of eating apples a good start.
try a apple day and dont rely of Obama cause he is just taking your money better eat some fruit while you got money.

YES…crunches is easy and good for getting a flat stomach. Walking twice a day and running for at least 24 minutes for every two days is good too.

No not too much by walking but through sittups I can guarantee u a slim belly. Start with 15 before u get up from bed and 15 before sleeping. Slowly increase 5 more every week. It works 100%

u need to make ur diet first then try to exercise… if ur diet is not correct u will never lose belly fat! trust me… if u wana change forget JUNK FOOD… just eat thing with VERY LOW FAT… high vitamins, proteins…
yeah, u can, i guess. Dont start out with a bang. Slow and steady wins the race. Warm up and stretch b4 doin any exercise. Walk for 1 km to start with and gradually increase the speed. Like aim for 4 kms in 20-30 mins. Then u can do 15 mins of some tummy exercise like lie down on ur back, hands under back, and move ur legs like cycling in air. Pull ur leg towards ur stomach(inhale) and then push them down (exhale). Remember not to touch the ground.
Most important, watch what u eat. no oil, no sweets, small and healthy portion of what u eat.
surely walking reduces fat on your targeted areas.
abdomen crunch:
Lie down flat on a mat, hands underneath hips.
lift your legs slowly to 90 degrees (straight up) and slwoly let the legs go down.
make sure you maintain straight legs.
repeat it 50 times a day.
or lie down flat, keep legs flexed at knee and lift your head upto 60 degrees and go back. repeat 50 times.

To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle. Your left elbow will touch your right knee and then your right elbow will touch your left knee.
